El dia de los Muertos

Third grade Dual Immersion students at South Summit Elementary School in Kamas, Utah, under the direction of Visual Art Specialist Kathleen Briley, celebrated their diverse community through food, music and art. Their dia de los Muertos celebration created memories that will take a long time to fade. Trish is the lead Professional Development Partner for the Beverley Taylor Sorenson Arts Learning Program - University of Utah region. She works with the visual artists and elementary school students. She is also on the faculty of the Consumer and Family Studies Department at the University of Utah.
